Sales Director - Marbella

A unique role for a truly unique person. A consistently successful client for the past 4 years have retained us to find them the very best Sales Director on the Coast.

You will be someone who leads by example, having built up a sales pedigree second to none, as well as being a natural motivator of people. You should have worked within ideally an Investment based sales background, a B2C sales background in Financial Investment Capital would be ideal and shown good stability in your career. You will have a strong understanding of training and motivational methodologies and experience of recruiting new sales talent. In addition they want someone who has walked the floor of a sales department and who has a very strong presence and can command attention and respect! You should have leadership skills that encourage and enforce a competitive sales environment and the ability to contribute inspirational and innovative ideas to improve sales performance and meet sales targets.

Preference will be given to candidates who live locally and have attained significant success in Spain.

The salary package should provide you with one of the highest (if not the highest) earning potentials on the Coast to be made up of a high basic salary and a lucrative override. A full contract will be provided.
You will be working within a highly professional corporate environment, in a company who are as ambitious as any other in their industry.
