CRM Manager
Our client is searching for a CRM Manager to join their marketing team.
The role covers:
Management of weekly email communications
Customer segmentation and data mining to produce targeted and timely campaigns
Monitoring and analyzing results for all promotions and CRM initiatives
The development and management of loyalty and retention programmes for all products across each brand
Working with other departments within the business to ensure consistent communication to customers, from all customer facing elements of the business
Working with a sympathetic approach to the brands, the countries and the products in our remit
Candidate requirements:
A graduate with at least three years experience preferably within the online gaming industry HTML skills and CRM database management skills a must
Strong communication skills including excellent written English and attention to detail
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and hard working individual who is comfortable working in a hands on role
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Enthusiasm for and knowledge of the betting/gaming sector
Salary is £25k - £30k
