Affiliate Manager


Our client is searching for an Affiliate Manager to develop, plan and manage a co-ordinated marketing strategy promoting remote betting and gaming products and services to new and existing customers that efficiently drives acquisition and retention whilst maximising turnover and gross win and that achieves target business KPI’s. This role is for either the London office of Gibraltar.

You will be responsible for the following elements.

• To ensure an ongoing increase in account acquisition and revenues generated via the affiliate programmes, specifically existing and new partners.

• To create and implement activity and campaigns to maximise participation in and revenue from, the affiliate programmes, specifically focusing on existing and new online poker and bingo partners.

• To identify, present and negotiate deals with potential online and offline partners across a broad range of channels.

• To assist in the day to day administration of the poker and bingo affiliate programmes to ensure an ongoing increase in both account acquisition and the revenue through these channels.

• To work with external agencies and networks to ensure the efficient day to day running of our third party affiliate programme ensuring an ongoing increase in account acquisition and revenue.

Principal Accountabilities

• Work alongside the other affiliate managers in the implementation of affiliate marketing activity including online activity, email campaigns, affiliate newsletters, programme incentives and Partner Web site integration

• Obtain new creative, contact lists and any other deliverables to meet publisher needs.

• Help implement an effective, regular affiliate contact strategy to ensure that enrolled Affiliates are satisfied and remain loyal to the programme

• Achieve acquisition and revenue targets

• To help conduct on-going analysis of the affiliate programmes, identify strengths and weaknesses as well as areas for expansion and improvement

• To help conduct on-going evaluation of the effectiveness of affiliate programme incentives and participant support and develop new incentive promotions to maximise revenue potential

• To monitor competitor activities

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years experience in affiliate management, online gaming and betting experience preferred but candidates from other industries considered

• Ability to manage, organise and motivate colleagues and suppliers

• Proven negotiating and influencing skills
