Debt Collector-Portuguese Native Speaker

Our multinational client is seeking to hire a Portuguese native speaker fluent in English to occupy a position of Debt Collector that is responsible of:
Handling incoming complains and dealing with them according to complaint handling procedures efficiently.
- Responsible for the following parts of the customer ledger; outstanding claims, bad dept, stopped invoices, unidentifiable debtors.
- Advising the Customer Service in questions of customer dissatisfaction and customer ledger.
- Liaising with customer authorities and consumer organizations.

Requirements:

High school, FP or technical degree with at least one year of work experience.
Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of customer service.

Must be a team player and collaborator.
Results driven.
Able to cope with deadlines.
Must posses good computer skills, particularly in MS Office.


We offer:

One year contract
Salary: 16,000€/year.
1,500€ in restaurant tickets
