Site Manager

The CPV Group, is a Spanish organization whose main activity is focused on the Control and Prevention of Technical Risks in the Building and Civil Construction. Is settled in Spain, Portugal and Slovaquia and actually is in an important expansion process.
All activities performed by CPV Group are based on the methodology of Risk Management and Prevention. From the collaboration point of view with our clients, we offer an extensive range of services in the Building and Civil construction Market.

Our client is an important hotel chain, which is building a hotel in London, so is currently looking for recruiting an experienced Site Manager. His / her duties and responsibilities will be:
- Resolve technical issues
- Issue site instructions
- Produce documentation, reports & databases providing traceability/proof of design compliance
- Monitor Clients self certification processes and certification
- Manage resources and budgets
- Organise/attend meetings as required and close out actions.

The ideal candidates will hold a formal qualification in Architecture, Construction or Building Management although they are willing to look at knowledgeable candidates who have progressed to a suitable level. Previous exposure to projects in building and construction and an understanding of the sector is preferable. This role will suit individuals who are looking to jump in at the deep end and get involved in all aspects of a project and must be able to work on their own initiative.
The duration of this job is approximately 8 months and the candidate selected should start immediately.
