Customer Services Speaking Greek

Our client an online gaming company in Gibraltar is searching for a Customer Services Speaking Greek. Ideally you will be Greek with sports book experience and a clear telephone voice you will be looking to further your career within a support role with this extremely ambitious gaming company. Your role is to liaise with clients both by phone and e mail and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their betting / gaming experience. The role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner. Our client provides on-line support to its clients on a 24/7 basis, therefore this role will require you to work shifts.

You will have previously worked in a customer service role in an office environment, ideally in a shift and be able to show a good level of loyalty in previous positions. Strong preference is given to previous gaming experience.

Salary is £17k - £20k depending on experience and 30 days holiday
