Building Surveyor / Construction Surveyor

Our client is searching for a Building surveyor / Construction Surveyor to help recognise, maintain and enhance the value of the project, providing a diverse range of services from traditional survey work through dilapidation and party wall surveying, to Employer's Agent and Contract Administration roles. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor who is committed to achieving a successful and profitable conclusion for the client.

You will need to be chartered and have at least 3 years experience and be capable of working under your own initiative and as part of group. You will need to have a diverse range of experience and be capable of a client facing role

The ideal candidate should have the following

•Significant proven experience
•General Building Surveying background
•Contract administration/employers agent experience
