Marketing Manager- Marbella

our client is looking for a highly motivated, ambitious and driven manager to head up their team of 3 designers, 2 copy writers and on line advertising campaign manager. you must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, managing a similar size team. you do not need to come from a real estate background, it is your marketing background that is more important. It is essential that you have a proven track record in project management, good organisational skills, on line marketing experience, understand website design and how to liaise with designers and can demonstrate knowledge of traditional offline marketing as well.

you will be responsible for
• Product marketing materials
• Website content performances - design, look and feel
• Corporate and sales materials
• PR - managing the PR agency who run on and off line campaigns
• Lead and Client generation through online channels (SEO & PPC)
• Office support materials
• Data base marketing
• Client Services support materials
• Referral Programme
Remuneration

This is a contracted position with a starting salary of €3000 per month gross. After 6 months you will go on to the Company bonus scheme so the salary for the year from 6-18months is OTE €50k-€60k.

This is based on a 40 hour working week, Monday to Friday but this role requires the hours not to be an issue. they are looking for a mature and responsible candidate that understands that as and when circumstances require, you will need to stay until the job is done. There will be deadlines to be met and they are looking for someone who will go the extra mile when required to meet them.
