Spansih Spaking IT Helpdesk- london - £23,000 per annum

My client are a major International Media company with offices in no less the 50 countries. They own some of the worlds most recognizable brands and have a reputation for having an excellent working environment.



They now have an opening for a Spanish speaking IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their fun and frienfly team !!

You will provide 1st line IT Support to users in London and Spain ! Your duties will include :




Answering telephone calls & e-mails, logging the Incident using a service management system and providing the customer with a unique reference number and prognosis.


Support of users at their deskside if Desktop Support are not around, e.g. for urgent issues or VCs.


Resolving the Incident, where possible, using predefined scripts, remote control software and the Knowledge Base to the customer’s complete satisfaction.


Assigning the Incident to a 2nd Line Support Team when unable to resolve the Incident, providing additional information as required and tracking progress of the Incident and keeping the customer informed of progress.


Raising calls (e.g. by telephone, email and via the Internet) with Third Party suppliers, tracking progress together with taking receipt of/dispatching replacement parts when required to do so.


Escalating the Incident to the appropriate business units at agreed escalation points as defined in the Incident Management process.

The ideal candidate!!

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) and will have a positive and professional personality with the ability to translate technical information to non technical people.

You should have a good standard of education (to GCSE level) and a strong knowledge of PC hardware (i.e components) and software operating systems !
